Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

You will deliver functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement for Oracle Retail Cloud modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive stability and transformation. Compensation / Benefits * Provide incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Support business process optimization and requirements analysis * Contribute to functional design, testing coordination, and stakeholder engagement * Collaborate with business and technology teams to drive automation and performance improvements * Support Retail implementations when Deloitte is engaged in projects * Escalate matters to engagement management as needed * Communicate with Engagement Managers, project members, and technical/functional counterparts * Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Maintain strong professional relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality work * Align with the Oracle MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner modules and related integrations Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail/RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related IT discipline * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagements * Consulting experience and/or Retail domain knowledge preferred (Merchandising, Supply Chain) * Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Mural is advantageous * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines * Proven ability to lead projects or workstreams Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations * remote or onsite client delivery option
