Onshore Oracle Retail Cloud Functional Lead/Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will support Deloitte’s AMS engagements for Oracle Retail Cloud, driving ongoing functional support, enhancements, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate incident and change management, optimize business processes, and design solutions across MFCS, PCS, IMCS, and related integrations. You’ll partner with business and tech teams to improve stability, automation, and performance, and may also lead Retail implementation workstreams when needed. You’ll communicate with engagement leadership to ensure alignment and outcomes. This is a senior, collaborative role focused on transforming retail technology and operations. Compensation / Benefits * Incident, problem, change, and release management for Oracle Retail Cloud applications * Business process optimization and requirements analysis * Functional design and testing coordination * Stakeholder engagement and communications with Engagement Managers and cross-functional teams * Support of Oracle Retail modules (MFCS, PCS, IMCS, Event Planner) and related integrations * Drive operational stability, automation, performance improvements, and long-term transformation initiatives * Support during Retail implementations when Deloitte leads the engagement * Lead or oversee project/workstream delivery when required Tasks * 10+ years of experience in managing Oracle Retail / Oracle RMS packaged solutions * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT discipline * Ability to travel ~10% depending on engagements * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Independent work ability with team collaboration * Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lead projects or workstreams * Ability to provide clear guidance to others Key requirements *
