Cyber Zscaler Network Security Engineer / Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you help clients modernize network security through cloud-delivered zero trust architectures. You will design and deploy Zscaler solutions across complex environments, aligning with enterprise security and transformation goals. You contribute to secure digital transformation by improving access experiences and strengthening security posture. You work with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable security outcomes. This position offers the chance to shape SASE adoption and zero-trust journeys for large organizations. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage ZIA and ZPA across enterprise environments * Support zero trust transformations, replacing legacy VPNs and modernizing access controls * Configure and optimize Zscaler features (policy, TLS inspection, ATP, DLP, cloud traffic inspection) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connectors across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Develop technical deliverables, designs, and client-facing recommendations aligned to security and network transformation requirements Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * ZDTE certification * 5+ years in network security engineering * 5+ years hands-on ZIA/ZPA design and operations * 1+ years Zscaler Branch/Cloud Connector experience and related networking concepts * 3+ years configuring advanced Zscaler security features (CBI, IPS, ATP, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection design and troubleshooting * 3+ years experience with cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ZPA connectors * Experience integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR (Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, XSOAR) and using APIs/automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Experience with identity providers (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) * Ability to travel up to 50% * Previous consulting or Big 4 experience (preferred) Key requirements *
