Experteer Overview In this Senior EPIC Willow Consultant role, you will drive Epic-based healthcare solutions for client projects within Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model. You will configure, troubleshoot, test, and document Epic Willow systems, and provide end-user training and on-call support during US business hours. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to tailor implementations and optimize workflows, balancing independence with teamwork. This role focuses on on-site client delivery with limited travel, contributing to healthcare transformation and scalable delivery. You will join the AI & Engineering group to shape mission-critical solutions for clients. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot Epic systems and resolve issues * Conduct system testing and validation for performance and functionality * Provide end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * On-call Willow support during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to create technical documentation * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/IT or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Ability to travel ~10% depending on client engagements Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * on-site client engagement * travel opportunity (limited)
