Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will bring expert Epic Willow know-how to support the implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions. You will work within Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model, collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure, test, train, and document Epic Willow deployments. You’ll handle on-call support during US hours and help drive successful go-lives while maintaining high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. This position offers a hands-on consulting path with limited travel and opportunities to shape client outcomes in healthcare IT. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic Willow modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic Willow issues * Conduct system testing and validation for performance and functionality * Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Serve as an on-call Willow support analyst during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in application build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to prepare technical documentation * Bachelor’s degree in a related IT field or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% based on assignments * Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering guidance to others Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Reasonable accommodations for disabilities
