Experteer Overview In this role you will apply specialized Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams in Deloitte’s Project Delivery Model. You will configure Epic modules, troubleshoot issues, and validate system performance while enabling end-user adoption. The position supports on-call Willow activities during US business hours and emphasizes independent work with strong collaboration, communication, and delivery leadership. You will join a team focused on modernizing technology and data platforms for healthcare clients, offering meaningful impact without extensive travel. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic systems expertise to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic-related issues * Conduct system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Deliver training and end-user support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes * Serve as Epic Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong documentation skills * Ability to travel ~10% * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent IT experience Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * on-site client delivery with reduced travel requirements
