Experteer Overview In this Senior EPIC Willow Consultant role, you will bring expert knowledge of Epic Willow to support healthcare solution implementation and optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure, troubleshoot, test, and train users, enabling reliable system performance. The position fits within Deloitte’s AI & Engineering delivery, contributing to scalable, shelf-ready healthcare IT solutions. You will work with minimal travel and provide on-call Willow support during US business hours, delivering tangible value for client operations. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic Willow expertise to implement and optimize healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic Willow modules per project needs * Troubleshoot issues and ensure system performance and reliability * Conduct system testing and validation; document results * Deliver end-user training and post-implementation support * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * On-call Willow support during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Knowledge of technical documentation * Bachelor’s degree in IT-related discipline; or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~10% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available * Strong communication and leadership abilities * Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment * Can operate independently or with minimal supervision * Analytical decision-making capabilities Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program
