Experteer Overview In this role you will apply your Epic Willow expertise to lead implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams in a non-travel-heavy consulting model, support go-lives, and train end-users. You’ll document configurations and processes to support scalable delivery. The position sits within Deloitte’s AI & Engineering team, focusing on cutting-edge, sector-specific solutions and transformation impact. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized Epic solutions expertise to implement and optimize healthcare systems * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot Epic system issues and perform testing/validation * Deliver end-user training and ongoing support for Epic applications * Document configurations, workflows, and processes for knowledge retention * Serve as an on-call Epic Willow support analyst during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in build, go-live, implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Strong technical documentation skills * Willingness to travel ~10% Key requirements *
