Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will provide expert Epic Willow support to implement and optimize healthcare solutions. You will work within the AI & Engineering team to tailor Epic configurations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure reliable system performance. You’ll train end users, document configurations, and contribute to on-site client delivery under the Deloitte Project Delivery Model. This role offers a balance of independent work and collaboration with cross-functional teams, with a focus on impactful healthcare IT outcomes. Compensation / Benefits * Provide expert Epic Willow support to implement and optimize healthcare solutions. * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements. * Troubleshoot Epic system issues and perform validation testing. * Train end users and document configurations, workflows, and processes. * Serve as an on-call Willow analyst during US business hours.
