Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive customer transformation through Salesforce-enabled sales, service, and experience solutions. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design or prototype processes, and support implementations that enhance client relationships and retention. You’ll lead workstreams, communicate clearly, and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This is a client-facing position with a focus on practical impact, scale, and continuous learning.
