Experteer Overview In this role you build and operate governed data foundations powering cyber risk, compliance evidence, and AI-enabled workflows. You design scalable data pipelines and models to support risk reporting, controls monitoring, and audit-ready evidence. You will implement data governance and integrate data platforms with enterprise systems, enabling self-service analytics and AI-assisted security operations within a regulated environment. This position combines data engineering with governance, risk, and compliance to help clients modernize cyber and GRC programs. Compensation / Benefits * Build scalable batch and stream data pipelines ingesting security telemetry, control evidence, and compliance artifacts into governed stores * Design data models for risk, controls, and audit evidence to support dashboards and analytics * Implement data quality, lineage, metadata, and access controls to ensure auditability and regulatory defensibility * Develop AI-enabled capabilities for governance, risk, and cyber operations (evidence summarization, control testing assist, policy QA, investigation copilots, ticket triage, exception reasoning) * Engineer integrations between data platforms, GRC workflows, and enterprise systems with observable, maintainable runbooks for production support * Collaborate with Cyber, Risk, Compliance, Privacy, and Legal stakeholders to translate requirements into guardrails and implementable controls Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 4+ years in data engineering and software development using Python and SQL * Experience building production data pipelines and models for batch/stream processing on cloud platforms, containers, IaC, APIs, and secrets management * Experience implementing data governance controls (classification, PII handling, least-privilege access, encryption, audit logging, lineage/metadata) * Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance workflows, including risk reporting, controls monitoring, and LLM-enabled applications with retrieval-augmented generation * Ability to travel 0-25% and possibly receive immigration sponsorship Key requirements *
