Cyber Zscaler Network Security Engineer / Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth, and Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive modern network security through cloud-delivered zero trust architectures for large enterprises. You’ll design, deploy, and optimize Zscaler capabilities across hybrid environments, helping clients strengthen security posture and enable secure transformation. You work with cross-functional teams to translate complex security needs into practical, scalable solutions. This position offers hands-on technical leadership with a focus on governance, delivery quality, and client impact. You’ll join a collaborative, growth-minded Cyber Enterprise Security team tackling mission-critical security transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Design, deploy, and manage ZIA and ZPA in enterprise environments * Lead zero trust network access transformations, replacing legacy VPNs * Configure and optimize Zscaler security features (policy, TLS inspection, DLP, ATP, etc.) * Implement branch, cloud, and application connectors across on-prem and cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) * Create technical deliverables, designs, and client recommendations aligned to security and network transformation goals Tasks * BA/BS in a technical field * 5+ years in network security engineering * 5+ years hands-on experience with ZIA and ZPA in large environments * 1+ years with Zscaler Branch Connector and Cloud Connector * 3+ years configuring Zscaler advanced security features (ATP, IPS, CBI, DLP) * 3+ years SSL/TLS inspection in ZIA and certificate management * 1+ years experience with Zscaler AI capabilities and ZDX * 3+ years defining and managing Zscaler security policies * Experience with one or more major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure) for ZPA connectors * Experience integrating Zscaler with SIEM/SOAR (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, XSOAR) * Experience with Zscaler APIs and automation tooling (Terraform, Ansible, Python) * Experience with identity integrations (Okta, Azure AD, Ping Identity) * Ability to travel up to 50% Key requirements * accommodations for people with disabilities * discretionary annual incentive program
