Experteer Overview In this role you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled solutions. You will bridge client engagements and hands-on delivery, shaping production-grade architectures and accelerators. You’ll lead teams, guide pursuits, and ensure high-quality outcomes for clients and colleagues. This position offers meaningful work at the intersection of security, privacy, and innovative engineering. You will play a pivotal role in expanding Deloitte’s AI-driven cyber services and delivering measurable impact. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned with target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions * Shape technical solutions during pursuits with demos, PoCs, prototypes, and estimates * Oversee scope, timelines, quality, and client satisfaction across engagements * Build team and client capability through accelerators, documentation, and knowledge transfer * Coach and mentor team members, providing clear guidance * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement * Develop reusable accelerators and best-practice engineering processes Tasks * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (e.g., IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ years translating requirements into target-state architectures (REST, microservices, event-driven, or serverless) * 3+ years delivering production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year deploying solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months designing or deploying generative AI or large language model solutions * Ability to travel 25-50% as required Key requirements *
