Experteer Overview In this role you help clients solve identity, access, and data protection challenges with AI-enabled engineering solutions. You will bridge client needs with production-grade deployments, leading hands-on delivery and shaping technical pursuits. You’ll build reusable accelerators, mentor teams, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients. This is a cross-functional role that combines client engagement with hands-on implementation to strengthen cyber resilience at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client requirements into AI-enabled architectures aligned to target delivery * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape pursuits by leading demos, proofs of concept, and estimates * Oversee client delivery scope, timelines, quality, and satisfaction across engagements * Build team capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, and best practices Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) * 5+ years in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, Data Protection) * 3+ years designing target-state architectures using APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless approaches * 3+ years building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ year delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months of experience designing or deploying generative AI or LLM solutions * Willingness to travel 25-50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
