Experteer Overview In this role you will translate client needs into AI-enabled Digital Trust & Privacy solutions and lead hands-on delivery of production-grade systems. You’ll guide pursuits, develop reusable accelerators, and drive high-quality outcomes for clients and teams. Compensation / Benefits * Translate client needs into AI-enabled technical solutions aligned to target architecture * Lead design, integration, deployment, and operation of production-grade solutions; troubleshoot issues * Shape solutions during pursuits via demos, PoCs, prototypes, effort estimation, and pricing inputs * Oversee client delivery: scope, timelines, quality, and customer satisfaction; drive continuous improvement * Build team and client capability through reusable accelerators, documentation, knowledge transfer, and engineering best practices Tasks * 5+ experience in Digital Trust & Privacy domains (IGA, WAM, PAM, PKI, Directories, or Data Protection) * 3+ experience translating requirements into target-state architectures using REST APIs, microservices, event-driven or serverless architectures * 3+ experience building and deploying production-grade solutions in Python, Java, or Node.js * 1+ experience delivering solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP with containers, CI/CD, and version control * 6-12 months of experience designing or deploying generative AI / LLM solutions * Ability to travel 25-50% * Equivalent demonstrated experience in lieu of a degree Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * inclusive culture * professional development opportunities * support for accommodation and accessibility * broad range of benefits * mentorship and growth opportunities
