MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Compensation / Benefits * Conduct discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Lead requirements gathering and translate into MES functionality with architects * Perform functional and technical architecture analysis and design for MES * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and address client challenges with innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in business requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional process design, data mapping, specs development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and offshore/onsite models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and leading 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
