MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Elicit requirements and translate them into MES functionality with technical architects * Conduct functional and technical architecture and design for MES * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced team setting * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to MES innovations across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years of experience implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, spec development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and offshore/onshore delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; track record leading 2+ MES implementations * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
