Experteer Overview In this role you drive MES-focused transformations for clients within Deloitte’s Supply Chain & Network Operations practice. You will lead senior-level discussions, translate business requirements into scalable MES solutions, and shape both functional and technical architectures. You’ll deliver complex, fast-paced projects while promoting knowledge sharing and innovative MES approaches across the team. This position offers the chance to influence manufacturing operations through data-backed, hybrid solutions and cross-functional collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Lead senior-level discussions on MES solutions * Gather requirements and translate them into MES functionality with technical architects * Perform functional and technical architecture analysis and design for MES solutions * Deliver complex MES projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES solutions (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years of experience in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, and related delivery activities * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; led 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
