MES Solution Architect Manager (AVEVA)

You will engage senior leaders, translate business needs into MES designs, and guide multi-disciplinary delivery to accelerate value. Compensation / Benefits * Lead discussions with senior leaders on MES solutions * Gather requirements, translate to MES functionality, and collaborate with architects * Conduct functional and technical architecture analysis and design for MES * Deliver complex projects in a fast-paced, team environment * Promote knowledge sharing and contribute to innovative MES solutions across the practice Tasks * 7+ years of MES experience * 5+ years implementing AVEVA MES (design, installation, configuration, setup, integration, upgrades) * 5+ years in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, process design, data mapping, specification development, system configuration, testing, delivery, and offshore/onshore delivery models * Experience using analytics to assess manufacturing performance and identify improvements; demonstrated leadership of 2+ MES implementations and system architecture * Travel ~50% depending on client engagement * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
