Job description

Experteer Overview As an Oracle Manager within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions, you help clients shape cloud strategy, architect solutions, and deliver measurable results. You’ll lead Oracle cloud initiatives, drive AI-enabled capabilities, and oversee migrations and consolidations to optimize performance. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to align delivery with client goals in a dynamic, transformation-focused environment. This role offers impact at scale through innovative Oracle-based solutions. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives * Conduct cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation plans * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and align design with business objectives Tasks * 6+ years of IT solution design experience, including 4+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and using the Oracle ERP Cloud build framework * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years of Oracle Cloud integration leadership using OIC or SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Ability to travel 50% on average * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
