Experteer Overview In this role, you lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementations for clients, shaping cloud-enabled transformations. You design and deploy AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle Cloud and guide migration, consolidation, and governance efforts. You work with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals and deliver measurable value. This position sits at the forefront of cloud transformation within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation efforts for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation initiatives * Perform cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation recommendations * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure solution design aligns with client objectives Tasks * 6+ years designing enterprise IT solutions * 4+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations using the ERP Cloud build framework * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OIC or SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * opportunities for advancement * accommodations to participate in recruiting process
