Experteer Overview In this role you guide clients through cloud strategy and Oracle-based solutions to boost performance and efficiency. You will work with a cross-functional team to design and implement Oracle Cloud initiatives, including AI-enabled capabilities, to achieve measurable business outcomes. The position sits within a market-leading Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice focused on cloud transformation and innovation. You’ll take ownership of complex migrations and architectural designs that impact core business processes. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for clients * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead cloud migration, application and database consolidation initiatives * Conduct cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation plans * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, align designs with client objectives Tasks * 6+ years designing enterprise IT solutions * 4+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations and using ERP Cloud build framework * 2+ years of Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OIC or SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
