Experteer Overview In this role, you guide clients through cloud strategy and Oracle ERP transformations to improve performance and efficiency. You’ll shape architecture, lead AI-enabled capabilities in Oracle Cloud, and drive migrations and consolidation initiatives. You will work with cross-functional teams to align technical delivery with business objectives and measurable outcomes. This is a fast-paced, client-focused opportunity to influence cloud adoption at scale and contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation * Perform cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation plans * Lead project teams and provide technical guidance to ensure solutions align with business objectives Tasks * 6+ years experience designing enterprise IT solutions * 4+ years Oracle technologies experience * Experience leading RICE delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations (including ERP Cloud build framework) * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OIC or SOA Suite) * Bachelor’s degree in relevant field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
