Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you lead Azure and AI security initiatives within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team, guiding complex client engagements from strategy to deployment. You will manage cross-functional teams across onshore and offshore resources to deliver secure Azure-based solutions. You’ll design and implement security controls for Azure AI services and shape governance, playbooks, and MLOps guardrails. This is a client-facing, leadership-heavy opportunity that combines cloud security, AI governance, and security transformation at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security engagements focused on Azure and AI security services across large clients * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader/program manager with dispersed teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, proof of concept efforts, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years experience designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies including Entra ID, Defender suites, Purview, Sentinel, Defender XDR, and Security Copilot; proven delivery leadership across multiple proposals/projects * 10+ years enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations experience; 3+ years in consulting leadership on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing/implementing security controls in Azure environments including Azure AI Services * 5+ years IAM, network security, data protection, logging, monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for disabilities * career development opportunities
