Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager, you lead Microsoft Azure and AI security initiatives for large clients, shaping secure cloud strategies and governance. You guide cross-functional teams, from onsite to offshore, delivering end-to-end security design, implementation, and adoption. Your work spans AI security controls, MLOps guardrails, and security playbooks to enable resilient digital transformation. This role blends client leadership with hands-on architecture to drive impactful security outcomes in Azure and AI services. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on Azure and AI security engagements, covering strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Manage multiple Azure and AI security projects as project lead and program manager, coordinating onshore/offshore teams * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls for encryption, access, data integrity, model scanning/governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relations, health checks, PoCs, operational transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting/architecting security solutions with Azure and AI security technologies or 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture with 3+ years in consulting leadership for Microsoft security * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in identity and access management, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * accommodations for people with disabilities
