Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview As a Cloud Security Senior Manager on the Enterprise Security team, you guide Microsoft Azure and AI security engagements from strategy to adoption. You will lead cross-functional security projects for large clients, shaping secure Azure and AI solutions and governance. The role combines hands-on design with leadership of onsite and offshore teams to deliver trusted security outcomes. You’ll drive client relationships, thought leadership, and talent development in a high-impact, transformation-driven environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams on Azure and AI security engagements (strategy, design, implementation, adoption) * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader and program manager * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (OpenAI Service, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) * Develop AI security playbooks and governance controls across encryption, access, data integrity, model governance, and secure deployment * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, Terraform to enforce guardrails * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, architecture, and security solutions with Azure and AI security technologies or equivalent experience in enterprise security operations and consulting leadership * 5+ years designing or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments * 5+ years in IAM, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and IaC in cloud environments * Experience with leadership across multiple concurrent proposals/projects * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
