Cloud Security Senior Manager - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead security-focused Azure and AI initiatives within Deloitte’s Enterprise Security team, guiding strategy, design, and secure deployment for large client engagements. You will manage cross-functional teams across on-site and offshore locations to deliver trusted Microsoft Azure and AI security services. You’ll build governance and playbooks to protect data, models, and deployments, and automate security guardrails across Azure and AI platforms. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Microsoft security teams for Azure and AI security services, including strategy, design, implementation, and adoption * Oversee multiple Azure and AI security projects as project leader/program manager with onsite and offshore engineers * Design and implement security controls for Azure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Azure ML, Cognitive Services, AI Studio) from development to deployment * Develop AI security playbooks and governance covering encryption, access control, data integrity, model scanning, governance, and secure deployment practices * Build and automate secure cloud and MLOps pipelines using Azure Policy, ARM, Bicep, and Terraform to enforce guardrails across Azure and AI * Lead business development, client relationships, health checks, PoCs, transitions, thought leadership, and talent development in Azure and AI security Tasks * 10+ years in technical consulting, solving client problems and designing security solutions with Microsoft Azure and AI security technologies, and leading project scope, pricing, and delivery across multiple concurrent proposals and projects * 10+ years in enterprise security operations/architecture or infrastructure operations, plus 3+ years in consulting leadership focused on Microsoft security technologies * 5+ years designing, implementing, or assessing security controls in Microsoft Azure environments, including Azure AI Services * 5+ years in identity/access management, network security, data protection, logging/monitoring, vulnerability management, and infrastructure as code in cloud environments * Ability to travel ~50% and willingness to work with various client contexts * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
