Manager, Oracle Tax Technology - Global Trade

Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s Global Trade Management team, you help design and implement technology-enabled global trade programs that embed compliance into daily operations. You partner with clients to capture requirements and translate them into GTM configurations, driving timely delivery and process automation. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and seamless service delivery, shaping the efficiency and risk posture of multinational supply chains. This role combines technical GTM mastery with advisory impact, offering opportunities to influence how clients manage global trade. You will join a collaborative, growth-focused practice that supports innovation and Compensation / Benefits * Gather and document detailed business requirements for GTM projects * Translate requirements into functional/technical specs for GTM modules (Trade Master Data, Restricted Party Screening, Customs Management, Trade Agreements, License Management, Global Trade Visibility) * Coordinate with project teams and clients to meet milestones and identify automation opportunities within Oracle GTM solutions * Configure and implement GTM software to meet business processes and reporting needs * Develop training materials and conduct end-user training * Ensure GTM solutions comply with regulations and policies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field * Minimum 5 years of Oracle GTM project implementation experience * Strong knowledge of GTM modules and integration with Oracle SCM * Experience with Oracle GTM configuration, REST/SOAP API integrations, and data migration * SQL/PL-SQL proficiency; scripting for data manipulation and reporting an added skill * Ability to travel up to 50% * US accreditation or equivalent certifications (CPA, Attorney, Enrolled Agent, US Customs/National certifications) or non-US equivalents * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * hybrid work model * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * support for accommodations * broad range of benefits
