Epic Willow Senior Consultant

Experteer Overview Experienced EPIC Willow Consultant sought to lead and support Epic-based healthcare solutions in a collaborative, on-site client delivery model. You will configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Epic Willow modules, mentor end-users, and ensure reliable system performance. This role emphasizes independent work within a cross-functional team and on-call support during US business hours. You’ll contribute to Deloitte’s healthcare IT transformations while working with cutting-edge engineering capabilities. Compensation / Benefits * Provide specialized expertise in Epic systems to support implementation and optimization of healthcare solutions * Configure and customize Epic modules per project requirements * Troubleshoot and resolve Epic system issues * Perform system testing and validation for functionality and performance * Deliver end-user training and support for Epic applications * Document system configurations, workflows, and processes for future reference * Epic Willow support analyst with on-call responsibilities during US business hours Tasks * Current Epic Certification in Willow * 6+ years of Epic Willow analyst experience * Experience in implementation, workflows, troubleshooting, testing, and support * Demonstrated ability to document technical aspects clearly * Ability to travel 10% as required * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program
