Experteer Overview In this role you drive HR transformation for public sector clients by delivering Oracle HCM solutions and guiding cross-functional teams. You’ll shape requirements, design, and delivery at scale, focusing on Time & Labor and Absence modules, while ensuring compliance and stakeholder alignment. You’ll partner with business leaders to translate needs into scalable Oracle designs and support user adoption through change management. The role blends technical delivery with program leadership in a fast-paced, impact-focused environment. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and best practices; manage risks and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance and policy alignment * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and support traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance to guide solution decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing to ensure quality delivery and milestone achievement * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements, redesign processes, and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, configuration oversight, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years of experience leading full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future * Experience delivering across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in public sector programs serving 10,000+ employees (preferred) * Experience in government/public sector implementations (preferred) Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program
