Experteer Overview As a Manager in Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology group, you will drive large-scale Oracle HCM implementations for public sector clients. You will lead cross-functional teams, design solutions, and ensure compliant, high-quality delivery that enables scalable HR transformations. You will partner with stakeholders to redefine HR processes and leverage AI-enabled insights to improve workforce outcomes. This role offers the chance to shape HR technology strategy and deliver measurable impact for organizations with 10,000+ employees. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops; guide solution design and best practices; manage risks and stakeholder communications; ensure compliance alignment * Drive high-quality functional documentation and disciplined delivery to minimize rework and ensure traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to drive user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing workstreams for quality delivery * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements, redesign processes, and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions (planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, stabilization) Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years leading full lifecycle Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence implementations * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
