Experteer Overview In this role you will lead and deliver large Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and Absence implementations for public sector clients, shaping HR transformation at scale. You’ll guide cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure alignment with compliance and operational requirements. You’ll partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Oracle solutions and drive user adoption through change management and thoughtful delivery. This position blends technology, process design, and people leadership to improve workforce outcomes in a mission-driven setting. Compensation / Benefits * Lead end-to-end Oracle Time & Labor and Absence implementations, including planning, design, config oversight, testing, deployment, and stabilization * Facilitate requirements and design workshops and guide solution design, while managing risks and stakeholder communications * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, data conversion, and testing workstreams to ensure quality delivery * Shape functional design decisions by applying knowledge of HR, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to promote adoption and business outcomes * Coordinate with public sector stakeholders serving large workforces to redefine processes and ensure scalable Oracle solutions * Ensure cross-functional alignment on compliance, policy, and operational requirements Tasks * 7+ years delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years leading full life cycle implementations of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * broad range of benefits
