Oracle HCM Time & Absence Module Manager

Experteer Overview As a Manager on Deloitte’s GPS HR Strategy & Technology team, you guide large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud implementations to transform government and public sector HR. You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design scalable HR solutions, drive compliant delivery, and ensure successful adoption. You will lead multi-stream workstreams, manage risks, and translate business needs into effective Oracle configurations. This role blends hands-on delivery with strategic stakeholder alignment to shape how large workforces are managed and supported. Compensation / Benefits * Facilitate requirements and design workshops, guide solution design, and manage risks and stakeholder communications while aligning with compliance and policies * Produce high-quality functional documentation and ensure disciplined delivery to minimize rework and support traceability * Anticipate and manage cross-functional impacts across HR, security, reporting, and integrations * Support change management, cutover, training, and transition to steady-state support to drive user adoption * Apply knowledge of integrations, security, reporting, payroll, benefits, and finance dependencies to guide decisions * Direct cross-functional teams across functional, technical, integration, data conversion, and testing streams to ensure quality and milestone achievement * Partner with public sector stakeholders to define requirements, redesign processes, and translate needs into scalable Oracle solutions * Lead end-to-end implementation of large-scale Oracle Time and Labor & Absence solutions, including planning, design, config oversight, testing, deployment, and stabilization Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM solutions * 4+ years of leading full life cycle implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor and/or Absence modules * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% * Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future * Preferred: experience across multiple Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in large-scale public sector programs * Preferred: government and public sector implementation experience Key requirements * broad range of benefits * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations
