Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream for public sector projects, guiding strategy to deployment and aligning with security and business requirements. You act as a senior client-facing advisor, resolving complex integration challenges and driving delivery across cross-functional teams. You shape inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, and testing while managing risks and post-go-live stabilization. You contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets and coaching. This position offers exposure to large-scale public sector programs and cross-team collaboration. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment * Act as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and communicating status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination and data mapping * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams and ensure high-quality outcomes * Establish integration quality, testing approaches, and support cutover and post-production stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues across client and Deloitte teams * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and coaching Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years of experience leading integrations for full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% as needed * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
