Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy to deployment, aligning with business, functional, technical, and security requirements. You will serve as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges while updating stakeholders on status and risks. You will design and implement inbound and outbound integrations with attention to data mapping, security, and end-to-end validation. You will manage cross-functional teams across locations, oversee testing and cutover activities, and contribute to reusable assets and knowledge sharing. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment * Serve as senior client-facing advisor, facilitate design discussions, resolve integration challenges, and communicate status, risks, and decisions * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations, including middleware coordination, data mapping, error handling, security, and end-to-end validation * Manage and develop cross-functional technical teams, delegate responsibilities, and coordinate delivery across teams and locations * Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing, manage defects, and support cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilization * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues with escalation and resolution * Contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice through reusable assets, knowledge sharing, and coaching of practitioners Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years of experience leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Ability to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to travel up to 50% on average * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
