Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Integration Manager

Experteer Overview In this Manager role, you lead Oracle HCM Cloud integrations from strategy to deployment, aligning with business and security requirements. You act as a senior client-facing advisor, guiding design discussions and resolving complex integration challenges. You oversee inbound/outbound integrations, data mapping, testing, and go-live activities across cross-functional teams. You contribute to Deloitte’s Oracle HCM Cloud practice by building reusable assets and coaching practitioners. You will work in a fast-paced public-sector-focused environment and help transform HR through technology. Compensation / Benefits * Lead the Oracle HCM Cloud integrations workstream from strategy through deployment * Serve as a senior client-facing advisor, facilitating design discussions and communicating delivery status and risks * Design and implement inbound and outbound integrations including middleware coordination and data mapping * Manage cross-functional technical teams and coordinate delivery across locations * Establish integration quality and testing approaches, oversee testing, defect resolution, and production cutover * Proactively manage risks, dependencies, assumptions, and delivery issues with escalation when needed * Contribute to reusable assets, delivery improvements, and knowledge sharing within the Oracle HCM Cloud practice Tasks * 7+ years of experience delivering Oracle HCM Cloud technical solutions * 3+ years leading integrations for a full-life cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation * Bachelor’s degree * Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance * Willingness to travel up to 50% (based on client needs) * Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship Key requirements *
