ServiceNow Developer, Configuration & Integrations Consultant

Experteer Overview In this role you will design and deliver ServiceNow solutions across configuration, customization, and integration to meet client needs. You’ll work within Deloitte GPS to support transformation initiatives and contribute to architecture decisions and data models. You will collaborate with architects and senior developers to orchestrate scalable platform solutions and drive high-quality delivery in a cross-functional team. This position offers hands-on development in a delivery-focused environment within a government and public services context. Compensation / Benefits * Develop ServiceNow solutions across configuration, customization, and integration * Focus on development-oriented work within ServiceNow (not just admin support) * Support implementation across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, and SPM modules * Translate business and technical requirements into scalable platform solutions with the team * Contribute to testing, deployment, and ongoing solution refinement * Provide architectural and data model guidance to the project * Collaborate with ServiceNow architects and senior developers to orchestrate solutions Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience * Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, or SPM modules * US citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance * Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future * Hybrid work model eligibility with location proximity to US Delivery Center (Gilbert, Lake Mary, Mechanicsburg) and up to 30% co-location * Up to 10% travel for client or project purposes Key requirements *
