Senior Consultant, ServiceNow Technical Lead

Experteer Overview As a Senior Consultant, Technical Transformation in Deloitte’s Enterprise Asset Management team, you drive the design and delivery of EAM on ServiceNow, translating business needs into technical architecture and actionable development plans. You guide cross-functional delivery, shape solution decisions, and support risk management to enable heart-of-the-business assets across government and public sector contexts. You will collaborate with architects and developers to deliver impactful platform enhancements and transformations. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Enterprise Asset Management capabilities on ServiceNow * Translate business and functional requirements into technical architecture and development plans * Create development timelines, sequencing plans, and delivery estimates for platform enhancements * Guide junior developers through configuration, development, testing, and deployment across the delivery lifecycle * Partner with stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to support solution decisions, risk management, and implementation outcomes Tasks * Bachelor’s degree * 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, or enhancing ServiceNow solutions * Experience supporting Enterprise Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, Software Asset Management, or IT Asset Management in ServiceNow * Experience creating solution architecture, technical design documentation, and development estimates or timelines for platform initiatives * Experience leading developers or coordinating technical work across implementation or enhancement projects * Experience gathering requirements and translating them into platform configuration or development tasks * Ability to travel 0-25% * Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
