Finance Operate - Manager, Integration & Data Lead

Experteer Overview In this role you will drive data architecture and integration for the Finance Operate Platform, partnering with CFOs and executives to modernize finance functions. You’ll shape data pipelines, governance, and compliance, delivering scalable, audit-ready solutions. You’ll lead cross-functional execution with nearshore/offshore teams, focus on risk and regulatory alignment, and enable Finance Operate to become a strategic business partner. This position supports client engagements with onshore proximity and offers growth in a global transformation practice. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end data architecture and integration across Finance Operate Platform layers (ingestion, ETL/ELT, transformation, quality, consumption) * Define and govern integration patterns and data contracts between delivery portals, accelerators, and client ERP/subledger systems * Lead platform decisions on data tooling (Databricks, Alteryx, etc.) based on use case and governance * Design and oversee the data readiness pipeline for the Consulting delivery platform (Phase 1: ETL, validation, triage) * Serve as primary data/integration liaison for client contract and compliance discussions requiring onshore proximity * Collaborate with offshore Data Engineers and Solution Architect to deliver the integration roadmap * Manage risks related to data quality, security, lineage, and regulatory compliance (SOX relevance) * Define non-functional requirements for integration solutions (performance, resiliency, security, auditability) * Establish data governance frameworks, data quality standards, and reusable guardrails * Specify BI consumption patterns, metrics definitions, and data lineage documentation standards * Ensure integration designs meet enterprise security, compliance, and privacy expectations * Mentor Data Engineers and Integration Engineers across Offshore teams * Champion Agile delivery practices; lead sprint planning and technical reviews for integration workstreams Tasks * 7+ years of experience in data architecture, integration design, or data engineering in an enterprise environment * Hands-on experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and integration architectures * Strong grasp of API design, microservices, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration concepts * Experience with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and associated data services * Familiarity with compliance and governance frameworks relevant to finance operations (SOX, data privacy) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate architecture to business recommendations * Ability to travel 25% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
