Finance Operate - Manager, Integration & Data Lead

Experteer Overview In this role, you drive data architecture and integration for the Finance Operate Platform, translating platform needs into scalable, secure solutions. You act as the primary liaison for data and integration in client engagements, balancing onshore proximity with offshore delivery. You lead governance, security, and compliance efforts while shaping end-to-end data pipelines and tooling choices. You will mentor teams, champion Agile practices, and enable finance transformations that elevate performance and governance. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end data architecture and integration across Finance Operate Platform layers * Define and govern integration patterns and data contracts between platforms and client ERP/subledger systems * Lead platform decisions on data tooling based on use case, scale, and governance * Design and oversee data readiness pipelines for the Consulting delivery platform (Phase 1) * Serve as primary data and integration liaison for client contract and compliance discussions * Collaborate with offshore Data Engineers and Solution Architect to execute the roadmap * Manage risks related to data quality, security, lineage, and regulatory compliance (SOX) * Define non-functional requirements for integration solutions (performance, resiliency, security, auditability) * Establish data governance frameworks and reuse across sub-offerings * Specify BI consumption patterns and data lineage documentation standards * Mentor Data Engineers and Integration Engineers; drive Agile sprint planning and reviews Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field * 7+ years in data architecture, integration design, or data engineering in an enterprise environment * Hands-on experience designing end-to-end data pipelines and integration architectures * Strong grasp of API design, microservices, event-driven patterns, and enterprise integration concepts * Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and related data services * Familiarity with finance governance frameworks (SOX, data privacy) * Excellent communication and stakeholder management; ability to translate architecture to business terms * Ability to travel roughly 25% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations in recruiting * opportunities for professional development * collaborative culture * global brand and resources * growth in finance transformation domain
