Experteer Overview As an AI and Data Science Engineer III, you will transform workforce data into actionable insights. You’ll build predictive models and decision-support tools that tackle attrition, forecasting, and skill-gap analysis, while delivering interactive analytics. You’ll create AI-enabled solutions and user-friendly dashboards to engage stakeholders with model outputs. This role sits at the intersection of data science, operations research, and data visualization within a team focused on scalable, data-driven decision support. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain predictive models for workforce analytics (attrition, demand forecasting, accession planning, skill-gap analysis, retention risk) using Python and/or R * Apply operations research methods (optimization, simulation, queuing theory, scenario analysis) to workforce planning * Design and build interactive dashboards/visualizations in Tableau and Python-based tools to communicate outputs to diverse audiences * Develop AI-enabled and large language model-powered tools for natural language querying of workforce data and analytics outputs * Document model methodology, validation, assumptions, limitations, and collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality and reliable inputs Tasks * 4+ years of experience with Python * 4+ years of experience with advanced statistical analysis and modeling * 4+ years of experience with Tableau * 4+ years of experience with machine learning * Bachelor’s degree * Active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance * Ability to travel 10-25% * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements * professional development * inclusive culture * broad range of benefits * opportunities to grow and mentor * remote/flexible work options (implied by inclusive culture) * competitive compensation range
