Oracle Technical Cloud Associate Vice President

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Oracle Cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation to enable enterprise transformation and measurable business value. You lead cloud migrations, consolidations, and AI-enabled deployments within Oracle Cloud, partner with clients to align solutions with strategic goals, and guide cross-functional delivery teams. You will shape cloud platforms across cloud and hybrid environments and contribute to a transforming Oracle Enterprise Solutions practice. This is a high-impact, leadership-heavy opportunity in a market-leading consulting team. Compensation / Benefits * Lead design and implementation of Oracle Platform as a Service (PaaS) across cloud and hybrid environments * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation on complex programs * Advise on embedding AI agents within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Lead project teams and provide strategic and technical guidance throughout solution delivery * Align solution strategy, design, and implementation with client business objectives and transformation goals Tasks * 10+ years of IT solutions design and delivery experience * 8+ years with Oracle technologies * Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery and use of Oracle ERP Cloud build framework * 4+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives (OCI/IICS/SOA) * Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * mentorship programs * discretionary annual incentive program
