Cloud Security Senior Consultant - Azure Infrastructure & AI

Experteer Overview Join Deloitte’s Cloud Cyber Risk team to help clients navigate cloud security challenges in Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365. You will assess risks, design secure configurations, and deliver concrete remediation guidance across governance, identity, data protection, and AI security. You’ll work with clients and cross-functional squads to enable secure digital transformation and resilient cloud environments. The role blends hands-on design, delivery, and ongoing practice development in Microsoft cloud security. Compensation / Benefits * Support Azure cloud cyber risk engagements across governance, identity, app security, PaaS, infrastructure, AI security, security monitoring, resilience, and data protection * Perform cloud security assessments, solution design, implementations, health checks, and post-implementation reviews across Azure, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 * Collaborate with clients to assess security requirements, identify risks, and propose cloud security configurations and remediation actions * Develop project deliverables including assessment reports, architecture diagrams, technical recommendations, compliance reporting, and remediation documentation * Contribute to business development, internal training, technical research, and practice development activities related to Microsoft cloud security services Tasks * 4+ years of experience in technical consulting, solution architecture, design, or cloud security implementation in Azure environments * 4+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud security solutions in public, private, or hybrid clouds * 4+ years of experience designing enterprise cloud security architectures and strategies * 4+ years of experience with Azure Policy, Terraform, or JSON-based infrastructure configuration * 3+ years of experience with CNAPP, CSPM, or CWPP technologies * Experience with architecting security on Microsoft Azure, including controls for Azure AI services (Foundry or Azure OpenAI) covering data protection, IAM, and model scanning * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities
