AI Engineer, Manager - Tax Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of custom AI applications for tax services, guiding a team of engineers to align with Deloitte’s objectives. You manage project execution, stakeholder communications, and deliver high-quality software that scales. You’ll work across cross-functional teams to build robust Python solutions and mentor junior developers. The opportunity centers on applying advanced AI, including LLMs, to transform tax-related tooling and processes.
