Salesforce Senior Consultant, Functional Transformation

Experteer Overview In this role you drive Salesforce-based business transformations within the Sales & Service space, shaping requirements, design, and delivery across client programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to design processes, prototype solutions, and support implementations that enhance customer experiences. The position sits at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, enabling measurable improvements for clients. You’ll work on high-impact, multi-cloud Salesforce programs and help organizations scale their CRM capabilities. This is a hands-on, client-facing role with opportunities for leadership and impact across industries. Compensation / Benefits * Identify business requirements and manage requirements throughout the project * Design functional solutions, prototype, and map processes and flows * Conduct testing and deliver end-user training * Define and implement support procedures * Support Salesforce implementations and project/workstream delivery Tasks * 6+ years of consulting and Salesforce experience, including program/workshop design * 2+ full life-cycle Salesforce implementations across at least two Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud, and/or Financial Service Cloud) * Experience with Salesforce Lightning (Aura and LWC) * Bachelor’s degree in a technology field or equivalent experience * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements *
