Senior Network Engineer (Route & Switch)

Experteer Overview In this role you will help design, deploy and manage Deloitte’s technology infrastructure to support hospitality-focused operations and secure systems. You will work with senior engineers to implement network and server solutions, monitor performance and handle production incidents. The position emphasizes collaboration across IT teams and delivering reliable, scalable infrastructure that enables business success. Compensation / Benefits * Design, configure, and deploy network infrastructure (Cisco switches, routers, WLAN) * Monitor and test application servers and backups; apply patches and upgrades * Collaborate with senior engineers to implement technology solutions * Conduct site surveys and validate throughput, redundancy, and failover * Maintain network diagrams, IP allocations, and equipment inventories * Oversee structured cabling projects with contractors and vendors * Provide troubleshooting support for production and system environments * Communicate effectively with internal/external clients and teams Tasks * 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/network environments (or 6 years with advanced degree) * Hands-on design and deployment of Cisco networking equipment * Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting * Bachelor in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or other relevant field * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship * Ability to travel 0-10% Key requirements *
