Senior Network Engineer (Route & Switch)

Experteer Overview In this role you will deliver technical IT infrastructure services, focusing on networked server environments and collaboration with senior engineers to implement solutions. You will monitor backups, patches, and production health while addressing critical production issues. The position sits within Deloitte Technology & Infrastructure, supporting hotel-specific tech, incident management, and enterprise tech deployments. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless, reliable infrastructure that enables Deloitte’s operations and client services. This is a hands-on role with opportunities to lead projects and drive technical improvements. Compensation / Benefits * Provide hardware and software technical services * Administer, configure, monitor and test application servers * Suggest and evaluate new technology solutions * Collaborate with senior engineers to implement solutions * Monitor backups, upgrades, and patches for data and apps * Respond to and resolve critical production issues * May serve internal or external clients * Support network and server deployment, storage management, and incident management per ITIL Tasks * 8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure network environments or 6 years with advanced degree * Design, implement and deploy Cisco networking equipment (switches, routers, WLAN) * Conduct site surveys and end-to-end network validation * Create and maintain network diagrams, IP allocations, and equipment inventories * Oversee structured cabling with contractors and vendors * 2+ years of troubleshooting experience * Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship * Bachelor’s degree in CS, CE, or related field or equivalent IT experience Key requirements *
