Senior Network Engineer (Route & Switch)

Experteer Overview In this role you will contribute to designing, implementing and maintaining Deloitte’s IT infrastructure within the Technology & Infrastructure team. You will work with senior engineers to deploy solutions and ensure stable, secure production environments. The role emphasizes practical network and server administration, proactive monitoring, and timely response to incidents, with opportunities to collaborate across IT and business teams. This is a hands-on posting for someone who fuels reliability and performance in a hospitality-focused tech operations context. Compensation / Benefits * Provide technical services for hardware and software, including server administration, configuration, monitoring and testing * Collaborate with senior engineers to implement applications and technology solutions * Monitor backups, upgrades, patches and resolve production issues * Engage with internal or external clients as needed * Support network and infrastructure services aligned with ITIL incident management and hotel-specific tech requirements Tasks * 8+ years of experience supporting IT infrastructure network environments and/or 6 years with advanced degree * Design and implement network infrastructure (Cisco switches, routers, and wireless access points) * Network performance testing and validation, including site surveys and throughput/redundancy checks * Documentation of network diagrams, IP schemes and equipment inventory * Structured cabling oversight and coordination with contractors * 2+ years of troubleshooting experience * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field * Ability to travel 0-10% * Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship Key requirements *
