Oracle Tech Cloud Manager

Experteer Overview In this role, you help clients define cloud strategies and implement Oracle-based solutions that drive performance and value. You will lead architecture, migration, and AI-enabled capabilities within Oracle Cloud while aligning delivery with client objectives. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to simplify complex cloud transformations and deliver measurable results. The position sits within Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Solutions, emphasizing innovation and practical impact. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud, including Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, and OCI Generative AI services * Oversee cloud migration, application and database consolidation initiatives * Perform cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into actionable implementation recommendations * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and ensure designs meet client business objectives Tasks * 6+ years in IT solutions design with 4+ years on Oracle technologies * Experience leading RICE (reports, integrations, conversions, extensions) delivery for Oracle ERP Cloud implementations * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration initiatives using OIC or SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant field * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * Discretionary annual incentive program * Broad range of benefits * Focus on professional development and mentorship * Inclusive culture * Accommodations for disabilities * Opportunity to work on cutting-edge Oracle technologies
