You will lead architecture, migration, and AI-enabled enhancements within Oracle Cloud to drive measurable results. You join a high-impact Oracle Enterprise Solutions team transforming finance and operations for top organizations. The opportunity centers on shaping cloud adoption, enabling productivity, and delivering value through innovative Oracle technologies. Compensation / Benefits * Lead Oracle cloud strategy, architecture, and implementation for client organizations * Design and deliver embedded AI agent capabilities within Oracle Cloud (Oracle AI Agent Studio, Fusion embedded agents, OCI Generative AI) * Oversee cloud migration, application consolidation, and database consolidation initiatives * Perform application and database cloud suitability assessments and translate findings into implementation recommendations * Lead project teams, provide technical guidance, and align design with client business objectives Tasks * 6+ years of experience designing enterprise IT solutions * 4+ years of Oracle technologies experience * Experience leading Oracle ERP Cloud RICE delivery using the ERP Cloud build framework * Experience delivering Oracle ERP Cloud PaaS extensions * 2+ years leading Oracle Cloud integration using OIC or SOA Suite * Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant fields * Ability to travel ~50% * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available Key requirements * discretionary annual incentive program * broad range of benefits * professional development opportunities * inclusive culture * support for accommodations * travel opportunities
